If it's brown algae, your lighting is probably inadequate. Or could be excess silicates in the water colume
However, if it's BBA: The immediate effect you can do is to manually remove them. Then look carefully at yr leaves, and cut / trim away the infected ones.
Probably, reduce yr feedings and dosing
