I think this is the best place to ask since I am only a fresh water fish keeper..

How much salt is required to achieve 32 or 35 ppm water salinity?? How much salt to achieve sea water?

I need to prepare such environment for shrimp breeding, but never had experience with salty water.. please advise.. thanks in advance..

You'll need a refractometer or those floating salinity meter to get a reading of the saltwater. SG or specific gravity reading of 1.025 is ideal. If it's possible, use distilled water to mix the salt with.
If you've learnt, teach, if you have, give.
