Hmmm... Yellow or green for the body? Not many, perhaps Microrasbora nana or M. kubotai from the top of my head, but they generally don't school as well.

Some Rasbora spp. has some bit of yellow/green elsewhere, on some fins, or a stripe across the body or something though. Not sure if that is something that you would be looking at.

Or for tetras, perhaps Paracheirodon simulans, the green neon tetra fits the bill, green/bluish body depending on lighting and viewing angles.

I am keeping M. kubotai, M. nana, B. brigittae, B. urophthalmoides, R. dorsiocellata, and Sundadanio axelrodi. Based on what I observed in my tanks:

    B. brigittae – don't really school
    M. kubotai – don't really school
    M. nana – somewhat, they hang out near the suface
    B. urophthalmoides – so far, they school the most often
    R. dorsiocellata – also school most often near the surface
    s. axelrodi – hard to say, previously when I had about 9, they school, presently my specimens don't really school
