Outing to the new Biotope Aquarium

Is anyone interested to have a "house-warming" AQ gathering at Biotope's new premises sometime in August? It could be our August outing that Altum_lover76 was trying to organize =)

Ang mo kio hub sure will have lots of food chains for dining I believe.

I will like to attend if there's an outing in August.

i can try and help out i guess, though i'm still not 100% sure if i can go, depends on my fiancee =) shall we set the tentative date for 11 Aug Saturday?

Can't. 11th August i'll be conducting airbrushing workshops. The tentative date suggested is 25th Aug.

Before you set your dates, let's check with Thio when will the new shop be fully operational. And more importanly, when will the fishes start arriving. Most new shops will not be stock full up fishes till the filtration in the tank matures. At the earliest, I think it would be mid August.

I spoke to thio on saturday and he suggested 11th August as a viable date =) but i'm sure mid-late august would be fine as well

They did mention that they'll be open from 1st of August...which is 2 days from now. The last time I contact him, he was saying that all his fishes has already shifted to the new premises. Not too sure about new stock though..

bro, 11th aug i really can't make it. Why not you carry on with this first then i'll organise another one on the 25th aug which will incorporate the farms at jalan kayu?
