ECA ( Efficient Complex Acid)

Recently bought a copy of AquaJournal No. 34 and came across ECA. It state that is can reverse the whitening and colour loss of aquatic plants.Looks like it can do wonders.

Any other brands which have the similiar effect?
Have anyone use it before?
Which LFS carries it?

think jw aka johnny wong has used and highly recommend it to us, but its not available here and no one has found an alternative solution like it

i've never really figured out what it is, but it apparently works akin like bw extract in terms of algae inhibition and dennerle pf7 for plant promotion
