Anyone knows which hardware store I can go to buy the stainless steel wire mesh for riccia. I heard it is quite pricey.

    Go to Kelantan Road

There got a shop selling wire / plastic mesh of lots of sizes.

prices are ok lah... i think $5 for 1 feet X 4 feet or so..

More than enough for a 3 feet tank

There are other sources you can use if wire mesh is too pricey. Drift wood, tile, acrylic, stone...anything that is heavy enough and will not affect the water condition. Just a suggestion.

i don't use wire mesh to tie my riccia down as the mesh usually can still be seen after the ricia grows... i use tiles and fishing line to tie the riccia onto the tiles... the same way amano does... this way it is easier to trim them too... cuz the tiles don't move when u're trimming the riccia... but the mesh will move as it is so light...[]
just a suggestion lah... good luck!
