    arrggg.....my 2ft guppy tank is infested wif snails!!!it has some plants in it...then juz recently i noticed ALOT of snails in there....3 of them about 0.5cm big,the rez like small baby....how do u get rid of them?i dun wanna add a puffer in....scared tat it will nip at my guppies tails....

    Loaches, and dwarf cichlids like ram and apistos can keep them in check. The bigger ones remove by hand. The fishes might not clear everything, but will significantly reduce the snail population and keep it under control.

    Having some snails is not a bad thing... they contribute to the recycling of organics back into nutrients.

    u can try tropical at lor halus... apisto r nice fishes to have.. u will appreciate them more when u have them

    hmm....are they easy to breed?can recommand some for a noob?
