overshadowed by top layer huh...any suggestion on what shall i do?
I being dousing MR AQUA : liquid fert + mineralsubstances on the tank...dono this fert will help the plant ...
whats your tank setup and fert regime like?
the glosso growing tall maybe due to lack of light
you also need to do some trimming off of the top layer leaves
check out Aeon's glosso guide for tips
is that glosso? does not looks like glosso to me. Look more like Bacopa monniera.
looks like it was grown in emerged form
That's not glosso. Emersed glosso doesn't have straight stems. Let me check my books.

Definitely not Glosso.
I'm back!
Looks like it. If not, another likely candidate could be Rotala indica var.uliginosa
koah fong
Juggler's tanks
If it is due to insufficient light. How much lighting is needed? Is 2x30w enough for a 3.5 feet tank?

For glosso to grow nicely, you need ~150-180W for a 3.5 ft tank.Originally Posted by waterplant

for glosso to creep low and nice. at least 4wpg i would say.
doesnt seems to look like glosso to me.
light is not reaching the bottom of the plant, so causing the bottom leaves to rot.

yeah if it is only 60 watt for 3.5ft then probably not enough light
It looks like some other plant in its emersed form though.
