    hello!
i'd like to find out what conditions are ideal for breeding shrimps...
do ya'll use the funny leaves that make water yellow-brown?
what kind of lighting, how intense?
anyone tried using minature tanks, around 3 liters?
    what kind of plants?
    what water parameters?
what to feed the baby shrimps?
what kind of shrimps and which are easier and which more difficult?

    yeah thanks![]

Don't like to dampen your enthusiasm, but it is cheaper and easier to buy shrimps than to breed them.

I managed to keep baby yamatos baby alive for 3 days already.

Today is the 4th day, hopefully they are still there. They are so small, it is very straining to find them. If they are not moving around you can't see them.

This is a first time I tried to breed them. I keep them in a breeding trap but the gaps are too big. I hope them are stupid enough to stay there!
