Like to know how come one of my "red" plant (Unable to ID) is losing its redness and gaining more green? The new shoots are totally green instead of red? Lack of nutrients? Temperature problem?

It'll depends on what plant it really is.

Some plants need high light to remain red.

Other plants will turn red when lack of P and will become green if the nutrients are ok.

Red plants tend to need more light and/or iron. Try iron first.
Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:
A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.
