    Hi,

Not sure anyone know this? As strong as flatworm, break into half both sides can survive and grow.
Speed is very fast, very difficult to catch

Tough luck bro. My experience is they seems to come from the plants or the substrate and they grow really fast.
When I change soil for my shrimp tank, easily found at least 10 of them in just a small 40cm tank.

try not to dose chemical in your tank it works but there is always some residue left behind. If you have the pocket go look into Greenchapter webby they have this nature trap and bait. But i think currently out of stock. GOod luck

Guys, this 'bristleworms' thingie is something new to me. I love zapping bugs and if you can catch a couple of them as my guinea pigs, I'd have a go at it.

Sorry Ron, what do you want to do with them? I managed to catch parts of one, I live in Pasir Ris.
Not sure if you want to collect.

If you managed to catch or trap more of these buggers, I'd be testing meds on them, to see which is effective and to determine dosage levels that's safe for fishes and shrimps. Not much I can do with just parts of a worm though

Ehh guys I know this is an old thread, but I found a weird alien in my shrimp tank today.. Unable to take a pic from my iPhone because it is really too small, around 0.5 -1 cm in length.

It look like a flatten ghost shrimp, which swims with it's eyes (I suppose you can see 2 dots thingy) facing downwards, and a sharp thin thing facing upwards.. It wriggles abit of it's sharp thing when disturb.. It really look like a small flatten ghost shrimp with big eye swimming with it's tail facing upwards...
Been awhile since i last kept shrimps/ fishes, please give me your kind guidance!

Sounds like a damselfly nymph. catch it quick. It attacks small fishes and shrimps. I had one probably from a plant. Its tail are like trident spears.....
