Just saw a flyer from Audio House. They are selling a DSLR, Olympus E-410 at $519.00.
Plus 2 kit lens. I know this is too good to be true, don't know whether it's a gimmick or not. It's too cheap. I might just go check it out later.

Yeah. I just saw the brochure. It's deceiving as it would seem that that's the advertised price. Wonder if CASE will have a problem with such unscruplous sales tactics.

I don't think I will ever buy anything from there.

audio, always have promotions..But when ever you go there the limited promotion item sold out//

It's such a shame that they have to resort to such gimmick to sell their stuff.
Few years ago I used to shop there as they were giving very good prices.
With these gimmicks they are only making a bad name for themselves.
No need for me to shop there anymore.

$399 for a 39 inch is definitely too good to be true. Think their motive is to attract attention.

every retailer will come up with their own promotions all year long. it's there in black and white. so really up to the consumer to open their eyes and read the small prints.
personally, i have bought quite a number of items from audiohouse ranging from camera to tv to washing machines. their service is quite good and with some bargaining, they really give a good deal.
if i were to hit the 1D prize, i would be so glad to have some "surprise" money to pump into somewhere else ... too bad i guessed the wrong number when i bought my tv 3 mths back
