Need help with my pencilfish

Hi, my dwarf pencil had been swimming abnormal for the past few days. Currently, it swim with its tail dropping down and it's not as active as before. Although it still have a good appetite, i'm starting to get worried.

Would appreciate any help i can get. Thanks

i've kept some pencil fish before but forget which species.. if i remember correctly some of the species that i kept will swim like a penguin fish... head tilted up...
