    Hi all,

There are some brown stuff growing on the back, the fins and tail of my golden sucker fish. Could someone tell me what it is and how I can treat it?

the reason why i said it doesn't look like fungus is cos it's not protruding in the picture (ie subcutaneous)
    might have been internal bleeding
i would still suggest you change the tank water
might be the internal bleeding stemmed from environmental causes

Change 100% of the water? How? Sorry this sounds like an idiot's question but what about the bit of water in the gravel?[:0]

Errr... I'm pretty sure DEA did not mean change 100% water. Probably normal change (25-30%). At most 50%. The idea is to dilute out the bad water. 100% change can do more harm then good.

If you're not sure, change less first and wait for him to confirm.

Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:
A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.
