Not too sure about killifish taxonomy, but that looks like a Austrolebias or Cynolebias spp.
If that is the case, it is an annual fish, preferred temperature should be around 20-25 C, they shouldn't be too picky about food, and will feel comfortable with plants in the tank.
As mentioned by benny, if you want specific identification and advice, check with the killie folks.
