Pretty!!!
Cheers,
Pretty!!!
Cheers,
I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?
Looks very juvenile. This is the closest I could find. From the http://www.ibc-smp.org/images/picta/...e_breeding.jpg. The colours on the finnages changes. Maybe it's due to the flash. Anyway I guessed it's Betta picta.
Didn't know you're into wild bettas too.

God will make a way, where there seems to be no way
Here's what i think a female. Because this piece is lacking the red colouration on the fins. They are between 3cm to 4cm. I was thinking B. picta too.

maybe betta falx as falx is more common in the hobby... picta is rare found in java island..
their locality would help...

Hypancistrus and Tanganyikan cichlids breeding
If it belongs to the picta group.. then i would tend to agree with jonannes..
Moreover, it seems to be developing a bluish gill plate..
Gene,
As spoken before I think it is a falx.

thanks guys. Is the first picture a male? A grown adult seems to have a blue strip along with the red.
