There are some information published at www.tropica.com.
Colorful has it. I used to buy it from a forumer in AQ. Make sure you feed your fish well. I was on a week holiday (without feeding my tetras) & when I was back, the plant disappeared . Very expensive holiday food .

I had brought one pot from Far East Aquatics some time ago. They are the local agent for Tropica and if they do not have stock on hand, can place order and they will bring it in on the next shipment. But do expect to hand over a couple of red notes per pot as Tropica plants are not exactly cheap.
I got some from colour aquarium some months back.
I believe they still have stock as the boss plants them in tanks also.
another option is to get from Tropica
Far east aquatic.

I have found some in Phu Quoc island,Viet nam.
Its growing with an Eriocaulon sp and an Stemmed sp.
