i recently realised that my cherry shrimp tank housed some worms. i am not too sure as to what these worms are. they are pinkish brown in colour with no distinct features observable, somewhat like a tubifex worm with a lighter colour intensity. these worms feed on the algae wafer which i feed my shrimps.

are there any risks for my shrimps to cohibit with these worms? if not, how do i remove them without hurting my shrimps?
