    Look more like some vallisneria species. Not sure, nice specimen you have there. Got it locally? Expensive?

    brown spots appear to be algae instead of pattern. ?

    Most likely it is Vallisneria sp Tiger or Vallisneria Spiralis "Tiger".
    Plants with stripes, spots or colour (eg. red) are usually sought after.
    Congratulations! It is a beautiful and unusual plant.

    I think it is Vallisneria Spiralis "Leopard".
