haha wow so fast....barely 2 hours after i saw it up close, the picture's online!
Close to zero i suppose with all the other fishes in it. All my apistos that have spawned in my community tank never had any fries that made it out alive.

Nice one. Will the male lose it's colour when mouthbrooding? Meaning to say he's much more colourful when not mouthbrooding? Cause I realised that some species take for example B. macrostoma will also lose its vibrant colours when mouthbrooding. But for some other species for example B. channoides will exhibit more colours when he's mouthbrooding.

Even if it is a crappy picture as you say, it is still a picture of the fish you put time and energy into breeding. congradulations and good luck with the fry
I think some species do. This guy became more pale then before. And for my albimarginata, he became intense red.
