I would like to ask if those GSA can remain in the tank after being scraped away? As in, they will sink down the tank, is it oki to leave it there? I'm housing CRS and cherrys...

I do see the shrimps feeding on GSA. So, i reckon it's ok to leave it in your tank. However if the tank conditions do not change, GSA will still be able to strive and grow.

It's better to get rid of it, play it safe.

Will this GSA harm the shrimp in any way?

Anyone got any idea about this? How to stop algae from booming? Does this Kh0P4?

You can try getting some bee/zebra snails for the job. I'd not recommend dosing any sort of chemicals in your shrimp tank, unless you are 100% sure that it'll not kill your shrimps.

Hi everyone, I'm back after a long absence.
    My tank current setup:
    2ft tank
    2 sponge filters
2 DW, one of them is tied with flame moss
2 wire meshes tied with flame moss
    A couple of hornwots
    Floating plants - 5 to 6 duckweeds

Would like to know if the above setup will introduce algae? It's a shrimps tank.

    Please advise. Thanks!
