(4) is Crinum calamistratum... (2) is most probably Anubias barteri var. nana i think, grown under different conditions.
Don't know about the rest...
I got these from Teo's and would certainly appreciate anyone's help in ID-ing them:
1) This is the crypto that I bought. Anyone can help ID its scientific name?
2) Got these two types of nana. According to Teo's, the 2nd pic is from China. What I notice is, the first type is larger and less dense, whereas I was told the China-import would not grow larger than how it is. Anyone can help me ID them?
3) I got some moss as well. Teo's told me it's not some fancy moss, just some local stuff. Anyone knows what is it?
4) I got myself this as well:
I told Teo's that I wanted this aqua plant whereby the leaves are slim and twisted, as shown. I don't remember exactly the species I wanted, but I was shown the one above and decided to get it as it look pretty pretty and would certainly add a nice look to the tank. I was told that it's an African species.
5) This is a nana plant that I got. What's the species called?
6) And I got myself this as well. Would like to confirm if this is 'Echinodorus "ozelot" '
This I'll be planting at the foreground, almost like a 'main showcase' of the plants in the tank.
7) And lastly, I got myself these:
Would like to confirm if these are Java fern. Can they be planted as emerged? I'm planning to do that by experimenting on trying it on the driftwood.

My guess:
2) Left one looks like Anubias minima.
4) Crinum calamistratum
5) Anubias barteri ver coffeefolia
7) Java Fern narrow leaf
Cryptocoryne wendtii ''green''
probably java moss
Crinum calamistratum
Echinodorus parviflorus 'Tropica'
Echinodorus ozelot 'green'
Microsorum pteropus
Not familar with anubias, therefore not certain enough to ID.
(ps. the plants you have picked, some of them are not suitable in your 2ft tank)
please refer to www.tropica.com or www.dennerle.de plant database to see the height of the plant
thanks alot guys for your help. very much appreciated.
simon, not suitable in what sense? the height of the plants?
some of the plants are in the darker part of the tank, and thus i hope the growth would be limited. I chose 'Crinum calamistratum' because I wanted some vertical grass on top of the tank, to give the tank some variety look. Anyway, I'm experimenting with some of the plants, on how they are planted and so forth. Would want to see how everything would turn out.
thanks again

planted tank, guerrilla style?
example: Echidorous ozelot requires a width of 25-30cm in diameter, height 20 to 40+cm, the parviflorus is 10-20cm. Looking at the width of your tank, I'm estimating it is 30cm in width? some of these plants do not require much light to thrieve
3) Looks like Singapore moss to me
All I have seen teaches me to trust the Creator for all I have not seen.
same here...i also think 3 is sg moss.
i see i see.
well, the intention is to have a very wild look, and thus, i would want to plany echidorous in the front, almost like a centre piece. alternatively, i may consider growing it as emersed, perhaps by having it on the wood.
the setup of the tank can be found here:
