Shirakura for me. Its the best for me 2 reasons.
1)Shrimps love it.
2)The food remains solid and will not cloud water as much as others.
3)The bits of food will not really drop into the gravel as much and this will not cause as much growth in planaria or other bugs compared to other food i have tried.
