Livestock in a 3 ft (55 gallon) planted setup

Currently I have the following lifestock in my 3ft densely planted tank with a 1000l/min external filter.

1) 4x Torpedos barbs
2) 9x Cardinal tetras
3) 7x Rasboras tetras
4) 3x Aldofi Cory
5) 5x SAE
6) 2X OTO

Thinking of building up the no of cardinal and rasboras. What is max no of tetras and Rasboras that I increase to. The more the better cause they are shoaling at the moment.

Show us a pictue the tank. That'll give us a better idea for recommendations. You bioload seems relatively light so far.
