Bought a pair of Apistogramma Diego from NKS recently. However i can't find any pictures or information about it on the web.
It is also not in the list of Apistogramma Specimens in the sticky. Is there such apisto? Or was it labeled wrongly in NKS?

Hi mate, after a lot of looking around, i can only find one place of confirmation that this apistogramma exists, and this is that it is listed for sale in this stocklist.
Maybe the name has been changed, or just not many make it into the aquarium trade.
Hopefully someone more local to you may have some more information.
Do post some photos for clarification if possible..

I believe its some trade name given by the Peruvian's exporters, so there are no records available on the net. They sometimes tag their apistos with some fanciful, unheard of names.

Try to post a picture of it to see if anyone can have the exact ID of your apisto.

Here's the picture. Think the coloration is not out yet.

    RHX,
The shipment at NKS was mixed up, so you could not be really sure what you got!
I got a pair of Eunotus from them, look like your Diego leh.

Indeed, it looks really similiar to yours. Looks like NKS has labeled them wrongly.

Was informed by NKS that it was mixed up before we started scooping.
Labeling was all mixed up too
Anyway the pricing was ok and there's a big selection to choose from.
A bit of a gamble, but if you end up with a prized pair than it's a real bargain.
