hi guys. need some help here..
well im going back into high tech tank with co2 and ferts..
im using 2x36watt PL on a 2x1x1.3(its about 18gallon) so its around 4WPG which is relativly high... i should be using either an internal reactor or external reator or worst, a mini ceramic diffusor.. how many PPM should i try to achieve in a densely planted tank? i will be dosing wondergro ferts using EI method. now im trying all the ways to prevent algae from my tank.
    thanks

I've done 72W PL for my 2ft before. Your CO2 needs to be done well if you do not want algae issues. Nutrients dosing is very easy, it's the CO2 part that needs good work on.

Alternatively, you can also estimate your CO2 ppm using a table of KH and pH. Not sure how much a Sera CO2 test kit costs. Perhaps it might be economically more viable to get KH and pH test kits as these information alone are also useful for tracking water specs.
