The product works! I tried it on my 2-day old cloudy tank with half the recommended dose and the tank cleared up within the next 12 hours. See the before and after pics. No gimmicks. []

Deepavali seems like a nice long weekend to work on our tanks.
Above is my 5ft tank. Not sure how it will turn out in future though.
    The 4ft has been decommissioned.

    Thanks, Benny.
The plant in question is E.quadricostatus. Got it from Teo Farm.
    It's a runner like E.tenellus but bigger.

Hi juggler, this is a nice tank. One question for you: A rainbar connected to the outlet of CO2 reactor, whats the function?

I believe just to make the water flow more even. Anyway, the spray bar came with the filter.

I used it also when I 1st started my planted tank and it worked wonders... only thing is that try not to use it when it is populated with fish as it tends to make the fish go to the surface gasping for air....

Thanks for the advice. I did noticed some of the Swordtails I used for cycling really were gasping for air at the surface after I poured the mixture in. But after a while it was OK.

Well, one thing to note is that if you have a top overflow filter, try not to pour too much of that liquid.

I had a very bad experience last time where the pouring of the water from the filter forms a layer of foam with dirt traps in which hinder the oxygen in the air from dissolving into the water, thus causing the lack of oxygen in the water.

That time, it took away the lives of half of my tetras. But luckily my gourami and cordoras are ok.
