GH of Singapore tap water?

Anybody has a GH test kit and can find out the current GH of Singapore tap water? By the way, I am staying in Woodlands area. I have bought a GH test kit yesterday and it is already spoilt thus can't measure my tap water GH. I need this is because I bought the Seachem Equilibrium and now don't know how much to put after changing water. Any kind soul can help me? Thanks in advance!

I have the same problem with my API GH test kit does not seem to get any "logical" readings. Since gave up. Also posted a thread here but it seems no one replied. Sorry cannot help.
