Betta as Arowana Feeder

How true that betta as a feeder to arowana can help intensify arowana color anyone tried this before? as I still prefer MP for color enhancer.

Although some will say that it's cruel for feeding live fishes, but in the wild, Arowanas do predate on other fishes.

I personally do not believe that live betta (only) will improve the coloration of the arowana. However, I do see that live feed does improve the color and liveliness of most fish. Obviously, besides bettas, guppies, swordtails, tiger barbs, gold fishes and frogs are common used as feeds for larger fishes across Asia.

Market Prawns (MP) is a good fresh source of feed, but not all arowanas will take them. Some have to be trained.
