Yes. It has been know to happen.
Locally, there was a bunch of us that saw an accidental crossbreed of Corydoras paleatus and Corydoras adolfi. The greenish markings were faded and the whites around the belly was obvious.
However, usually similar body shaped species are more prone to cross breeding. Obviously you are not going to get a Corydoras hastatus X Corydoras semiaquilus crossbeed. Physically, I don't it is possible.
