tonight i came back home to check on my tri pair in their own tank and to my surprise i found eggs on the outer side of their PVC moss-covered hideout. i don't know what triggered them to breed but i guess after i added a few small pots of cryptocorynes they just liked the atmosphere cos i must say i find it hard to see them now compared to last time when their tank was a lil bit more bare. but still, i'm quite happy they've finally bred. makes my long weekend even better.

the thing is, i've always had problems raising fry to maturity. and since this is my first tri pair that bred, i'm quite worried that the fry won't make it to adulthood. bene, if u're free i'd like you to drop by and look at the pair. and by the way, both the male and female came from foxemty's fishes.
