Does Chan do refilling of CO2 tank?
How long it will take ?
Btw, my CO2 tank is using soleiod valve....so do i bring the tank with the soleiod to do refilling ?

Yes. chan does refill co2, but only certain type of co2 tanks. The last time i bought my co2 tank all the way there just to find out that he doesn't refill my type of tanks(i also dunno wat type he doesn't fill). Anyway my co2 tank is tall and slim type.

But at least he refer me to another Aquarium along Boon Keng Rd Blk 22 i think the name was Bio plus. Can reached there by bus 21.

You just need to bring your co2 tank.

yeah just bring the tank.
it takes up to 4 days depending on the shop and their collection days.
once pet mart took 6 days to top mine up.
most places charge 20 bucks and so if transport is not a problem for you, go to the places which do instant top ups like aquamart.
for the same price u get it done instantly.
if u want you can bring your regulator with you when u collect to check if they fill it up fully.
i've heard of places where its alil cheaper but only done half way.

Bioplast and aquamart does instant refill.

Chan doesn't exchange Co2 Cylinder those alum type i guess. Thats why mine didn't got exchange too.

Bring your tank along will do don't bring the solenoid to prevent knocking the solenoid which might damage it.
