Wow I love this tank very much. Would you mind telling me how you built the land area and what you used?
I have been thinking about setting up a 10 gallon Vivarium for some time now and I really like the idea of growing crypts emersed.
Anyway your tank looks awesome. Great work.
i love the backdrop! It lacks good pieces of driftwoods to bring out the feeling of low hanging branches, fallen logs, roots etc. Try planting grass, they add a wild touch to vivariums. Ferns are of essential too! All of which can be found FOC if you look hard enough around sidewalks. Nice thread to subscribe, best of luck and keep updating!
Not at the moment Merviso because I don't want them to destroy the plants as they are newly planted.
Will5, I actually used piece of cork bark (not sure of the spelling though) to separate the land and the water part.
Thirteen, I had thought of that but want to go for a tank full of crypts feel. Maybe next time thanks for your suggestion. Thank you guys for your kind comments
So am I to assume that the substrate behind the coarkbark is just plain gravel?
The substrate Im using is ADA because my friend gave them to me. While for the water area Im using lapis sand. Hope this helps and hope to see you setting up yours and don't forget to post them here
Thank you very much.

How do you keep the tank/wall damp all day? Mind show us a pix of ur hardware?
Im actually using a cover to keep the humidity in the tank. As for the hardware,
Eden 501
Had an airtube silicon to the filter hose(Bad workmanship cause it's done by me)
Cut and attach the air splitter(not sure what is it called, the green thingy) and place in position to achieve water dropping and keeping the most of the plants wet.
wah! this is a clever and cheap way of doing water spray!!
good job!!
Hi guys an update on my tank
Added 2 male fighting spiders and a female into my tank on thursday and they were still in my tank this morning. Spider I caught with some Arofanatics bro. Enjoy
I luv BBA
hahaha... I love your Spider Vivarium... maybe you can selective breed some champion spiders and win the Betta from the competition to add to your tank...
Fighting spiders dont really enjoy a really wet environment...
humm thats what I thought too...
if you want spiders, I can supply you.. :P
always find some at home...

Yup agreed the spider don't like the wet and humid environment but I just dump them in. Anyway the are openings in my vivarium but maybe they still can't find the way out yet
I luv BBA
Or perhaps they have learned to love it!
