algae wafers are food for pleco and algae eaters.
useful when tank is running low on algae and you have a big anti-algae crew.
    a popular brand is hikari.

There are two type of Hikari Sinking algae wafer, the smaller wafer for cories is 9 bucks/pkt and the larger wafer for pleco is 15 bucks/pkt. Check out Petmart and C328, Cheers !

    Hi,

u guys bought such expensive pellets. The normal price of algae wafers should be ard $6.90 for normal ones. The smaller sinking ones should not cost more than $7.90. The cheapest place to get the wafers, bedok north 85 market. If I didn't see wrongly, I think it only cost slightly more than 1/2 the normal price, say abt $3.90 or $4.90. Not very sure which price isit but very sure it's definitely cheaper than other LFS.
    Regards,
    Brigitte
