I saw a white poka dotted black pleco. What is the name of the pleco? Is it suitable for planted tank? How big will it grow?

    Thanks for the advice.

LDA33 or L248? From my observation, my LDA33 prefers more vege food, so i'm not sure if it'll attack the plants because i've got no plants yet..

bclee, check out the Dwarf Royal Twig Catfish, they're algae eater and very suitable for planted tank. Hand-off the LDA033 and L248 ! they do chew !, Cheers ! []

er... what do you intend to keep the pleco in your planted tank for? if it's to clear algae, go for the sturisoma sp. (dwarf royal twig catfish) but if it's 'for show', then go for L046 (abt 4" or so).

    cheers!

FLORENCE, capital of the region of Tuscany, has a population of around half a million inhabitants, spreads on the banks of the Arno, between the Adriatic and the Tyrrhenian seas, almost in the middle of the Italian peninsula. It is a city which bustles with industry and craft, commerce and culture, art and science.

The white poka dotted black pleco>>>> Got whiskers like thingy on it's face??

If so, it's a spotted bristtle nose. Cute little fellow, and I love it! Does a good job at clearing my green spot algae

The key to success is patience. If that fails, screw the guy in front of you!!
