My new bee shrimps

got 4 bee shrimps 2 weeks ago and now enjoying them... here are some pix of them but not so clear... only ordinary digicam used.

really a newbie on shrimps, if they are are around 10 to 12 mm. in length what is their approximate age? because three of them is that long and the other one at 15 mm. long. i dont even know if they are male or female. only the bigger one is i hope a female (thats what the lfs told me hehe)
