Nice tank there. Try adding some laterite balls for the E. stellata and Diplis diandra. Would be nicer if they are more red.

Laterite - iron rich clay.
I forgot the brand that I am using now. I got it from Aquamart.

my lights only 3X36W.. i asked ard in the forum and they suggested 3 instead of 4 currently one of the tubes is not in function... hehhe actually the plants grew much more.. i trimmed it before i took the pic [] it looked very messy actually with alot of plants heading out of the water like the stargrass and the mu----------------

Agree with Jacian, having some red variants plants would good idea. Your E.tiandra are doing very well I must say.
Another thing is your reactor..... feel abit too big in your tank. What you can do is you hide it behind the plants.
