first found in a Sumatran shipment when it was not flowering. this species was thus described without a proper locality (Tommy Sng's nursery ).

choy, you need some studio lights to photography the orket, defintely look better with additional lights

these one quite a big flower and the 3D structure gets in the way of the 2 550EX (handheld, the camera is on a tripod on timer). but I don't have studio lights and can't bring it to the void deck of the owner also.

my challenge is always how to channel enough light down the column. maybe a macro ring light plus 2x550EX on the sides?
