    Hi,

My nana seems to be melting down, having holes on the leaves... anyone know what is the cause? my other plants(hairgrass, java ferns, petite nana) seems okay...

Do you newly introducing them. If this is the case, then it may be going through a adaptation phase whereby the leave will melt and then grow back. If not, it could be due to your tank macro nutrient.

There's some elements lacking in your fert regime. Do a quick check on your regime. In this case, I probably guess its lacks Potassium.
