is it possible to house these 2 species together, or will it result in casualties? i'm thinking of housing my betta channoides with suspected Parosphromenus sp. "Dorsal Spot"

I feel they should be fine together. B. channoides seems to be a betta that is very tolerant to having their tannk space shared by other fishes. For me, so far, they have left all my cherry shirmps, boraras and even apistogrammas alone. Its the apistos that are chasing them around instead.

I hear of hobbyist who keep certain species of wild bettas together without having the risk of aggression and inter-breeding, is it possible?

from my experience my paros. tweediei and betta edithae together... my tweediei more agressive then the edithae .
If I have a dollar & you have a dollar & we swap, neither is better off. BUT if I have an idea & you have an idea & we swap we are both richer
