    That's the first time I'm seeing a "hole" on a neon tetra. If it's still schooling, and actively feeding, don't bother. I figure it's just a physical anomaly. Looking at the top view image, it seems like it has a kinked spine. If you don't feel good, net it out and euthanise it.

    i am okay with it but afraid it might die of hunger
    fed this morning and it fail to consume any

    some of my neons are very greedy, stomach got a lump and still eating

    sigh, looks quite bad, the tetra cant even swim properly much less siwm to get food.

    i scoop it out cause its lying on the bed
    tried sinking pellet but still did not consume

    now resting in a small betta tank
