Hi all, just bought this aquatic plant from a LFS lately, can anyone help me to ID it... Many thanks!! [Btw, the one on the left is supposedly Nana right?]

By the way, are my 2 plants healthy? Had yet to set up my recently bought canister filter & also yet to invest in a light set to help in my plants' growth...

Hygrophila difformis, though a easy plant, it still needs light to stay alive and grow.

Thanks ck for your fast response!!

What's the differece between PL vs. FL vs. T5 vs. MH light set? Which will be good enuff for a 2-feet planted tank? Roughly how much does it cost to buy such a light set & where is a good place to buy it from? Thanks in advance for all responses...

You might like to get 36W to 72W or whatever depending on plant needs. FL or PL would be good enough for 2ft tank. There were some discussions on PL light at http://www.aquaticquotient.com/forum...ead.php?t=7114

Most LFS would have 2ft light sets. If not sure, can check out Nature Aquarium at Thomson Road.
