Java moss is one of the more hardy mosses around... no need C02 also can grow.. however the growth rate might be much slower as compared to tank conditions with Co2.

Do also give enough lighting and some liquid ferts for the moss to survive.. or else without nutrients.. nothing can survive.

    Hi Bro

    your setup is it successful?

can mail me pics of your set up?

curious that all mosses can survive without co2.

how about liquid nutrients? what brand would you recommend?(chep & good?)

the liquid nutrients will harm the fishes?

If sunlight tube needed, how long do i need to on it in a day?

define successfull? If you are talking about healthy grow, then yes, although it grow very slow.

Curently I do not have low tech moss setup, but I do have low tech tank with narow java fern, nana and hairgrass. 1 ft cube, 11W light, no Co2 and fert, nothing fancy though.

aro, depends on what you really want. Shadow's tank is a clear illustration on how a low tech tank looks like.
