Very nice Xema... Are those with eggs when you buy them? Or do you manage to successfully make them carrying eggs?
Hello guys,
Two weeks ago I got 2 females carrying eggs, I am waiting to see which is the result.
Has anyone idea about the estimated time for hatching?
A friend of mine who breed cardenal regularly told me they take for hatching around 2 weeks, and few more days, but I am not sure.
Well, here is the pictures...
This is my one-eyed females, currently I have 3 females with eggs.
You can see the followings videos too...

Haven't been successful in keeping them alive much. This looks great.
Looking forward to more updates as they develop.

Wow... Nice, Xema...
Xema,
Sulawasi hasnt been with us for quite some time and most of us are still in the process of learning to keep them alive much less started to know how to breed them successfully, would great appreciate your help here with sharing some good advise.
I keep them in soft water with a bit alkaline pH, around 7,8. EC is near to 300 microS/cm. They seem to be quite sensitive to water changes. Feeding them seem to be difficult too, I am feeding them with a commercial specialty CRS food.
They are so shy, and do not like fast movement around the tank, so taking pictures is really hard.
I keep them together to another species form Sulawesi, as sp. 'Cardenal' and sp. 'Matano tiger'
Matano tiger came to me with eggs and I got some juveniles...
Shrimplets are born with 2 mm long after 2 weeks they are around 8 or 10 mm.
A picture of the tank
Congrats, Keep us posted on the growth.
...I love rubies too ...

Updating,
The one-eyed females left the eggs yesterday, it hatched about 17 days.
And the matano juveniles are growing up every day...
Sweet Xema!
