    You can use Chuck Gadd's Dosage Calculator to find out. I did a quick calculation... 100ml of that in your tank will give you 4.39ppm of K.

    10g is hard to measure unless you have a scale. 2 flat standard teaspoon mixed in 1000ml, will give you 5.27ppm with every 100ml.

    Might be easier if you mix 1 teaspoon into a reasonable amount of water and pour the whole solution in. That will give you 26ppm of K.

    I got it now.
    I will try to add 1 teaspoon into 500ml of water, and use this soluation into tank, so 500ml will give me about 25 ppm of K, it should be ok right.

    are u serious when u say u are looking for potassium nitrate? that's an ingredient for explosives n' is tightly controlled in the market.

    KNO3 is not controlled and is easily available. So is NH4NO3... another potential raw material for making explosive.
