    It's fertilizer difficiency, get some jagong (monster root) and stuff it into the soil below the sword plants. You may dose into the water column as well but swords like to take it in from the roots.

    Is this your 20L nano tank ? Just list your fertlizer regime before going out and getting monster root as such.
