Buying a New fish Tank

hi all,

am thinking of buying a fish tank, 4ft. Anyone has seen/own this fish tank below or recommendation of any good fish tank? thanks!

That has got to be the weirdest tank I've seen so far, with killer whale in the filter

. Asthetics aside, I'd dread to think if the bracing decides to give way and the top tank comes crashing down.

Is the whale used to 'scare' away some bad bacteria or for 'feng issues?!?
