Is this hole in the head on Discus?

Hi, are holes like this considered as hole in the head or are they normal on discus? Because i often see most discus having them..if they are not hole in the head then what are they?Thanks in advance.

Don't think it's hole in the head. My discus have them too, but they have been surviving for years. Hole in the head is a very deadly disease. It could kill a fish in days. If your Discus is still happily swimming around, then it's not hole in the head.
