As mention above.. C & C are welcome.
Please help to identify some insects/butterflies too.

Butterfly Park & Insect Kingdom at Sentosa on Saturday
Went there quite late cause it was a last min suggestion to go there. Not much picture and some beautiful butterflies did not appear.

I like #24, and maybe #25. One of the most important lesson to learn, and possibly the most difficult, is learning to dump what is not good enough and go out again to shoot next week

    Andy,
Looks like a busy weekend for you.
Some very nice photos, #24, #25,#11 are my favorite.
#3 is nice except for the background, chains?
    Well done

    hwchoy,
You're right.. I'm trying to shoot more to improve my skills.

    Richard,
Yup.. That is the entrance, they use chains to make it like a curtain.

    Andy,
Nice shots. I think #8 can use a little sharpening and it'll be good.

    nice shots!!

in my opinion, quite a few has harsh lighting and shadows... personally, i try not to get harsh shadows and pleasantly lit backgrounds in my shots... just something to take note of the next time you shoot if you like this style as well... anyway, you want people to look at your sepcimen right? not the shadows...hehe.... but i did enjoy all these insect pictures... they are insects.. whats not to enjoy!!

One way to prevent harsh lighting (and there are many ways to do it), is to reduce your flash output to fill in flash instead of the main source of light. But that means you probably need to use slower shutter speed and a tripod.
