    Hi,
Went to check out Yishun Park on Sat (24 May 0 with Luenny, there were some birds, cicadas (heard but not seen), spiders and butterflies.
Sunday evening at TPTP, just managed to shoot a butterfly taking off and a very friendly spider.

    Richard,
I like your spiny spider. Too bad it's cropped off a bit at the edge.

    Luenny,
I was greedy lah, used the 100mm+2xTC+extension tubes to get real close. so close that it got a bit cropped off. The other pictures didn't get cropped but not as good.
    Thanks. Where's your's?

I think the 4 in the center and the 2 at the sides are the eyes. Funny though, I thought they have 8 eyes. Or maybe this species only have 6 like some species of spiders do.
